Snaz & Thread came alive at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges, a beautiful mountain range east of Melbourne. As a travel agent navigating through the struggle of a pandemic, Lauren established Snaz & Thread in the autumn of 2020.
Our products reflect our love for gorgeous fabrics and sweet aromas. We continue to create in the hope our gifts are given and received with love and gratitude, every day.
What is your return and refund policy?
Please be aware of our 'No exchanges, refunds or cancellations' policy. Unfortunately as our products are used on the body, we are unable to accommodate an exchange or refund for 'change of mind' purposes. If there is a fault or concern with your purchased product however, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

When will my order be dispatched?
Please keep in mind, most Snaz & Thread products are handmade to order. Please allow 1 - 4 days for your order to be created before it is dispatched in the post. If you select express shipping, we will prioritise your order and try to dispatch within 1 - 2 days of you placing your order.
What are the delivery options?
We offer a flat rate delivery cost for postage within Australia of $9.95 for standard shipping and $14.95 for express shipping. Orders are posted via Australia Post and include tracking.
We also offer a reduced flat rate 'drop off' delivery service for those residing within 4km of Upwey. Please note, this delivery option does not include tracking and your order will be placed in your letterbox or on your doorstep.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched for postage, you will receive an email with details of your Australia Post tracking number. You will then be able to track your order via the Australia Post website or app.
Do you provide International delivery?
Sadly no. At this stage, we are only able to deliver domestically throughout Australia.
